Returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date. For any Buy 2 Get 1 Free special, at least two bottles (or stacks) must be returned with seals intact to qualify for a refund. If only one bottle (or stack) is returned with seal intact, then refund will only be for that one bottle (or stack) that is returned. Exchanges may be made where the exchange is of equal or lesser value to those items being returned (excluding shipping).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.If you return a product, PharmaPro is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We strongly recommend that you send the product(s) back to us with some type of delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is waived for exchanges.
No credit or refund will be issued without a Return Memorandum Authorization Number (RMA number) from our Customer Service Department.
All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service department. Phone Customer Service at 1-866-468-5842, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST or contact us by email at email@example.com to get an RMA number. An approved credit or refund will NOT include shipping charges previously paid. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted prior to the refund being issued. For all approved returns, the RMA number must appear on the outside of the box.
