Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards – We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation for orders greater than $500.

Money Orders – The money order must be drawn on U.S. funds. Please make sure your name is on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.

Checks – We will gladly accept your personal check but please understand it may delay processing for up to 14 business days. We do not ship orders until we receive payment. The check must be drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank. $29 fee will be charged for returned checks.

PayPal – You will be prompted to enter your PayPal information after you complete your order.

Wire Transfer – We do accept wire transfer and in some cases require it for large international orders. Customer service will notify you if wire transfer is required.

COD – We do not ship COD at this time.

Western Union – during the checkout process you will be provided the needed information to send a payment through Western Union.

Q: How much does shipping cost? (Domestic & Military)
A: Parcel Post (5-7 Business Day) $ 9.95
Priority Mail (2-3 Business Day) $ 12.95
We use the US Postal Service as our carrier of choice.
These are not a guarantee service however as the post office does get backed up at times.

Q: How quick will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn’t receive this, either your order did not submit correctly, you didn’t enter your email address correctly or your Internet provider is filtering your e-mail and rejecting legitimate e-mail by mistake. Please contact us if you don’t receive the email receipt.

Q: What addresses do you ship to?
A: We ship to all U.S. States, APO, FPO, and P.O. Boxes.

It’s no problem for us to ship to APO/FPO military addresses! In fact, we ship many APO/FPO orders every day. Shipping fees for APO/FPO orders are the same as domestic (USA) orders and are treated as such. Therefore, you must choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option, UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How To Fill-In Your APO/FPO Address

1. Please be sure to choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option.
2. Use the following format for completing the address form:

3. Since military orders are considered part of the USA for shipping purposes, you do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state. DO NOT enter the country where you are stationed (e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.) as this will force you to choose an international shipping option and delay your shipment! Enter United States for your country.
4. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the “billing address” section if the APO/FPO address is not the billing address on file with your credit card company. Enter your APO/FPO address in the “shipping address” section.

APO/FPO orders generally arrive surprisingly fast, but please allow 4 to 12 business days for transit time. USPS tracking only provides information up to the point it arrives at the military post.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do ship internationally; however, we do not accept International Credit or Debit Cards. We do accept payment via Money Order, PayPal or Western Union. If you are sending us a Money Order it must be issued in US Funds. All International orders will have a $35.00 shipping fee applied. This is calculated on the cart during checkout. Please be aware that with International orders, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

PharmaPro is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail; it is recommended that you send the product back to us with some type of delivery confirmation.

No credit or refund will be issued without an RMA # from our Customer Service Department.

All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service department. Phone Customer Service at 1-866-468-5842, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST or contact us by email at info@pharmapro.net to get a return number. An approved credit or refund will NOT include shipping charges previously paid. For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer’s expense, to return the products along with the Return Authorization Number.
